WHEN THE RAMPS FALL DOWN

When the ramps fall down, what will those who said that saving State and Local Governments money was more important than maintaining them say? Of course, the first thing they will say is that The Supreme Court Ruled a few years back that they did not have to, because The Americans With Disabilities Act only applies to Federally owned Public Buildings.. Of course, not wanting State and Local Governments to have to spend money on Americans With Disabilities is one of if not the main reason that the suit that ended in that ruling was brought in the first place. But the question remains, when the ramps do collapse along with other accommodations for people with disabilities falling apart in Stare and Locally Owned PUBLIC Buildings, what will Conservatives say to members of the public who have disabilities and so can no longer get inside such buildings, and even more to the families of those who are om those ramps when they actually collapse due to lack of maintenance and die? That saving money is more important than their LIVES?
